For Hybrids, be sure to check the "Hybrid" checkbox! Subtribe and Country fields are optional (None).

For Species, should the desired value not be found on the drop-down list, select "Add New" and then enter the desired value in the green input box to its right.

Otherwise, these green input boxes should remain blank.
