Vermont Hills Teriyaki Site:

Design of this site proved to be a very fun project. This site is small and simple yet needed to make as bold a statement as does the product they offer. View the Vermont Hills Teriyaki web site design.

The Client contacted me with only an existing product label (for corporate identity) and a couple sample bottles of the product itself; my challenge was to merge the product into a site which would satisfy both the eye as well as the client's & user's needs.

Graphical design, all incorporated photography and product photography are of my own. The moment I saw the client's bottled product, with its rich warm colors and elegant lines, I knew it was going to be a fun web design project. The client, however, did not yet possess professional quality photographs of their product. Armed with a couple sample bottles of the marinade, it was a great excuse to buy a couple steaks, set up a photo shoot, and start grilling & shooting!

The resulting imagery successfully conveys the product, its usage, and sets the emotional mood for relaxing evenings with friends and family.

Primary Design Points:

• Present the product in an attractive setting which merges the product with existing corporate identity (packaging label and business name).
• Enable a simple, low-cost, eCommerce system.
